The workshop intends to provide an integrated perspective on Gestalt counselling approach and the use of arts to develop the creative process of daily life.

Arts and life can invent different balances starting from limited elements, recombining them in different configurations.

The space of theatre and dramatization offers a ‘sliding door’ to reach vaster possibilities of different choices and configuration of own life.

The workshop will be open to professionals in social fields, students, artists and to anyone who would be interested in his/her own self-development.
